AISD Annual Food Services Survey

AISD’s annual food services survey will be open from Nov. 11 to Dec. 19. The district will send emails to families and team members at each campus on Monday, Nov. 11.
Note: The survey must be completed electronically.

Feedback from AISD’s school communities helps the food services team review dining preferences, as well as address suggestions for campuses—including menu selections. In the past, feedback from the survey has informed AISD’s work to create more balanced menus, featuring healthier versions of student favorites paired with new, global dishes.

Please take a minute to click on the link below and complete the survey:

School Changes 2019 Community Conversations

Please join Austin ISD for a series of School Changes 2019 Community Conversations. Meetings will be designed to gather community input on the School Changes preliminary scenario options. Each scenario is a starting point for conversations that will lead us toward finalizing scenario recommendations later this fall. The preliminary scenario options are a draft and not final. Find your school on the flier for the meetings focused on the scenario options affecting your campus. If your school is not listed, you are still welcome to attend any of the listed meetings or attend a districtwide meeting for a community conversation on all the scenario options. "More than a Meal" Applications

Students must submit a new meal benefits application each school year. The last day for students to eat using the previous year’s meal status is Oct. 1. If a student has not turned in a new application and been approved for free or reduced-price meals, their status will change to ‘paid,’ which means they would no longer have free or reduced-price meals (i.e they must pay for their meals).
